Start your day from a quiet center. Gentle seated meditation with breath awareness and a short body scan. No experience needed.
A guided breath session designed to release tension and restore clarity. Great for midday or after work when your mind won't slow down.
Yoga nidra and body scan for complete nervous system recovery. You'll lie down the whole time. Bring a blanket — you might fall asleep.
About the Studio
Stillwater was built on one idea: stillness isn't something you find — it's something you return to. Our classes are simple, unhurried, and free of jargon. You don't need to be flexible, spiritual, or experienced. You just need to show up.
What makes us different is what we leave out. No incense, no chanting, no pressure to perform. Just a warm room, a skilled teacher, and enough quiet to hear yourself think.
